Loren has been actively involved in House and dance music as a singer, songwriter, producer, and sound engineer. He started his House music career working as a studio technician for ground-breaking Chicago House label DJ International (Tyree Cooper, Joe Smooth, Fast Eddie, etc.) Once moving to Europe, he began performing as an MC/vocalist and eventually composing & producing. Loren has numerous releases on various record labels thru-out Europe
- his vocals and compositions appear on recordings released in over 60 countries worldwide. Recent projects include:
- "Same Mind-Disco Cell" Active Sense Records (Germany). Collaboration with German producer Micheal Litzka.
- "Don't Love You" Gianluca Ghezzi feat. Loren Taylor, Airplane Records (Italy), produced by Italian DJ/producer Ghezzi and Luigi Gori (Presslabboys). The track also features mixes by Tommy Vee and Roy Malone, and an electro-house club mix by Alessandro Viale & Dj Ross.
- two releases on Funky Intelligence/Presslab Records (Italy). "Girls and Vodka" is a collaboration with Swiss DJ/producer F-Junior, under the name "F-n-L". "Unity" under the artist name Jam City, features mixes by Italy-based Atarisoda Productions (Marco Casaglia and Leo Martera) and Alexander Robotonick (Maurizio Dimi).
- two releases on Acuphene Records (Switzerland). Loren wrote and performed vocals for "The Other Side", produced by Swiss DJ/producer Desmond Duke, and "Change" by Joss Dominquez.
Past projects include:
- "The Fresh Juice"- collaboration with Belgium-born Mixmaster Gregory. The duo was based in Zurich, Switzerland, and performed as a live act together with various female singers- their live show mixed original songs, well-known House tracks, live samples and vocals. Loren and Gregory released two maxi-singles with Drizzly Music (Germany), "Listen Now" and "Hey DJ/Children of House", also available on i-Tunes.
- writing & performing on tracks for Swiss DJ/producer Robb Terry, including "Crush My Bit".
- "Coma featuring LTG". A ''crossover-rap'' act distributed in the late 90's by Deshima/BMG Germany. The group performed live on RTL TV's "The Dome" to a Europe-wide audience of 20 million, and in a Carnary islands concert in front of 150,000 people that was broadcast by the national Spanish television network TVE. The two singles released by Coma feat. LTG "Requiem (Of A Junkie's Dream)" and "Tell Me The Way" reached Top Ten on Germany's Black Music chart, as well as other charts in Europe- they can still be found online on last.fm, and available as download on portals featuring music from the 90's.
Releases are available in digital format on Beatport, DJ Downloads, iTunes and other popular dance music portals. "Don't Love You" is also available as a 12-inch maxi single, distributed by Time Records (Italy).
